CEU Options Inc. incorporated in February 2018 for the purpose of providing live continuing education programs in the Athens-Clarke and surrounding counties in NE Georgia. EFFECTIVE July 1, 2021, CEU OPTIONS LLC is the new name.

All trainings meet the GA Composite Board requirements for license renewal.  CEUs are approved  by Georgia Society for Clinical Social Work (GSCSW). CEU credits are available for social workers, and counselors.

Founder and president, Barbara R. McLaughlin M.Div., LCSW has 40+ years of experience as an educator, therapist, pastoral counselor, clinical supervisor and grief-work specialist. Barbara's areas of specialization include ethics, sexual abuse and trauma, grief and loss, telemental health (TMH), and complimentary therapies. She has a special interest in the use of self-compassion to foster healing from the early impact of  shame in childhood development.
